Work highlights

  • Advised Cengiz Group, Limak Group and Koloğlu Group in the refinancing of the $850m loan agreements to which the distribution and retail companies of these groups are parties and the provision of additional loans by three different consortia consisting of İşbank, GarantiBank, Vakıfbank, Halkbank, TSKB, Yapı Kredi, Ziraat Bank.
  • Advised JP Morgan Securities (JPM) in connection with the refinancing of the $300m loan provided by JPM to Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş. with an additional $100m and the provision of a $140m loan to Petlim Limancılık, a subsidiary of Petkim.
  • Advised the Export-Import Bank of China (CEXIM) in respect of a dual currency loan with a total approximate value of $500m to Ziraat Bank, which will be utilized by Ziraat Bank to provide short and medium-term financing to enhance economic and trade cooperation between China and Türkiye in particular.
