Work highlights

Advised Garanti BBVA, Vakıfbank and İşbank in connection with additional financing provided to Medcem Madencilik ve Yapı Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the financing of an extension to the production line in its cement factory located in Silifke, Türkiye.
Advised Yelen-Gülpınar in connection with the ECA-backed financing made available by KfW Ipex-Bank GmbH (Frankfurt am Main) and covered by Euler for the financing, construction, and operation of the extension of an existing 35 MW Project in Çanakkale Türkiye to a 158 MW capacity.
Advised İşbank, TSKB and Ziraatbank on an additional financing to be provided to a leading Turkish conglomerate for the financing of the cost increase in the construction of a city hospital project and the refinancing of the borrowers’ certain existing debts with the lenders.
