- Advised the project company (Gaziantep Hastane Sağlık Hizmetleri İşletme Yatırım) and the sponsors (Meridiam Eurasia and GZT Healthcare Investment) on the successful financial restructuring of the Gaziantep Health Campus public-private partnership (PPP) project.
- Acted as Turkish law counsel to the lenders (Bankinter, CaixaBank, JPMorgan Chase Bank and UBS Switzerland) on financing the construction of a petrochemical plant for the production of purified terephthalic acid in Adana, Turkey.
