Work highlights

  • Advised a governmental entity on the drafting and negotiation of the Framework Investment Agreement, setting out the terms and conditions of USD 1 billion investment; regulatory compliance services for ensuring that the agreement met all regulatory requirements and complied with Turkish investment laws and industry standards.
  • Advised communication company Turkcell Telecommunications in relation to an ECA-backed non-recourse financing in the amount of EUR 100,000,000 provided Limited and an ECA-backed financing non-recourse in the amount of RMB1,230,000,000 (appr. EUR 300 million).
  • Advised a development fund in relation to the acquisition of the target company which is currently conducting a major urban transformation project in one of the historical neighbourhoods in Istanbul.
