Advised EİS Eczacıbaşı on the negotiations and execution of the Promise to Sell Real Estate Agreement in return for Revenue Sharing with Artaş İnşaat regarding the construction of residential and commercial project on EİS Eczacıbaşı’s 75,370-m2 property located in İstanbul.
Advised Eczacıbaşı Holding regarding the preparation and negotiation of the Memorandum of Understanding setting forth the key principles applicable and the main Construction Agreement for the construction of large-scale indoor sports facility for Eczacıbaşı Sports Club.
Advised Nida İnşaat in the preparation of (i) the Promise to Sell Real Estate Share Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form to be executed between Nida İnşaat and the potential buyers in accordance with the Law on the Consumer Protection, and (ii) the Utilization and Management Agreement in accordance with the Articles 689 et seq. of the Turkish Civil Code with respect to the real estate project “Nidapark Gündoğan Sunset” located in Muğla City, Bodrum District.
