- Advising a German multinational chemical company and the largest chemical producer in the world, with regard to obtaining a merger clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) in connection with the planned acquisition by the client of 49% of corporate rights in an Indonesian company engaged in nickel and cobalt ore processing and refining, which will be implementing the project on the development, construction and operation of a hydrometallurgical nickel and cobalt plant in Indonesia.
