KPMG Law in Ukraine is active in commercial and tax litigation, representing both local and international companies in disputes against the tax and customs authorities. The team works in tandem with the firm’s tax consulting, transfer pricing and audit departments to provide comprehensive support in tax disputes. Head of the commercial litigation practice, Yuriy Katser has extensive experience representing clients in Ukrainian courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court. Bogdan Shyshkovskyi co-heads the commercial litigation team, advising on debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, while Iryna Khyliak leads the tax dispute resolution practice, representing clients in tax audits and against the tax authorities. Sergiy Popov is also an expert in tax matters.
