Gibson Dunn

Gibson Dunn handles oil and gas transactions alongside instructions from sovereign wealth funds, asset managers and multinational corporations on a range of commercial and corporate issues. In recent work, the group has assisted with agricultural and farming deals in South America and, fintech mandates in Northern Africa. Marwan Elaraby, who handles multi-jurisdictional M&A, private equity, and regulatory work, and Renad Younes, who primarily works with financial institutions and governments on M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure space, are the practice heads. Jade Chu is also active in corporate matters and Hanna Chalhoub is principally focused on private equity. Andrew Steele and Omar Morsy are also noted.
