Jointly led by Debbie Feinstein and Jonathan Gleklen, Arnold & Porter’s antitrust and competition team combines expertise in defense against government investigations with proficiency in private antitrust litigation to advise across the full spectrum of cartel matters, and offers special knowledge of antitrust-related ESG topics. Capable of acting in numerous industries, the team is well versed in handling cartel investigations related to auto parts, municipal bonds, air cargo, maritime shipping, industrial chemicals, and orthopedic implant devices. Recommended for his expertise in government contracting matters, Chicago-based Andre Geverola leads the group’s cartel investigation practice and frequently handles matters related to labor and financial markets, as well as healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Having previously acted as Director of Criminal Litigation in the Antitrust Division, Geverola is adept at working with an array of antitrust enforcement agencies from across the globe, including those from Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Hong Kong, and the European Union.
