With a successful track record in antitrust civil litigation and class action cases across various industries, from the financial services to education sectors, King & Spalding LLP‘s extensive clientele includes HSBC, NatWest and DASF Corporation. Although primarily based in Washington DC, the antitrust practice also draws on expertise across Georgia, New York, Texas, Illinois and California, many of whom bring experience at antitrust enforcement agencies to the team. The team is led by Jeff Spigel, who advises senior management and their boards on merger filings and civil and criminal antitrust investigations and disputes. Chris Yook represents clients in government enforcement actions and civil litigation. The team demonstrates continued growth, with the addition of Sean Royall from Sidley Austin LLP in August 2023. Norman Armstrong left the firm in late 2023.
