  • Representing Citrix in a federal securities class action filed in the Southern District of Florida. The securities fraud class action brings claims against Citrix and certain of its current and former officers under Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 thereunder on behalf of investors who purchased Citrix common stock between January 22, 2020, and October 6, 2021. The lead plaintiff alleges that, during the Class Period, Citrix, a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) company, made misstatements and omissions related to its efforts to transition its business from traditional, on-premise software to subscription-based, cloud software.
