Work highlights
- Defending micro mobility company Bird Global, Inc., as well as various current and former Bird executives, against securities fraud allegations in direct and derivative actions pending in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Plaintiffs allege that Bird’s voluntary disclosure of a design error in its revenue recognition software constituted securities fraud because, after Bird disclosed the design error and restated some of its previous financials, Bird’s stock dipped.
