- Represented Freeport LNG Marketing, LLC v Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline. Freeport LNG sought $125 million from Kinder Morgan claiming that Freeport had the right to “sell back” natural gas volumes that Kinder Morgan was scheduled to sell to Freeport but was prevented from doing so by the Winter Weather Event and the Railroad Commission’s Emergency Order.
