Rock Creek Energy Group LLP was founded in February 2021 by the team from Van Ness Feldman LLP, including managing partner Jessica Friedman, who heads the electric power practice, which is building up a strong reputation advising clients on federal regulatory matters. Founding partner Julia Scarpino Wood focuses her practice on hydroelectric and electric power. Both lawyers are based in Washington D.C.
