Out of Washington DC, Clinton Vince leads the firm’s energy practice, handling a mixture of project development, regulatory matters and litigation cases. He is regularly assisted by co-chair of the firm’s global energy sector team Emma Hand, noted for her prowess in both regulatory and litigation settings. The team also includes Justin Mirabal, whose broad practice spans regulatory, project finance, and transactional issues, and senior managing associate Andrew Mina, who represents electric and natural gas utilities companies, renewable project developers and large financial institutions before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), state public utility commissions, and appellate courts.
