  • Represented New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in a lawsuit brought against Solvay and Arkema for regional perfluorononanoic acid (PFNA—a type of PFAS) contamination, including to drinking water supplies, as a result of discharges from Solvay’s West Deptford facility.
