Co-chaired from the Washington DC office by Janice Schneider and James Barrett, the environment, land & resources team at Latham & Watkins LLP expertly handles a variety of environmental litigation cases, relating to climate change, air quality, toxic tort and natural resources. The team is home to Chicago’s Mary Rose Alexander , who represents clients in class actions, product liability, industrial accidents and toxic tort trials alongside trial lawyer Robin M. Hulshizer who, with environmental experience, is known by clients across the oil and gas, energy, manufacturing industries, particularly for her work on greenwashing and environmental justice-based claims.
