Clients of the firm primarily include large international banking institutions such as Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley. The team has ample experience being instructed by banks involved in lending and underwriting, to assist with leveraged transactions. Sitting as part of the firm’s executive committee, James Clark jointly leads the practice alongside Adam Dworkin. Clark has significant experience representing major investment banks and corporations in capital market transactions, while Dworkin is a key name for leveraged finance. David Barash and Joshua Zelig departed the team in May 2023. The team meanwhile welcomed Joel Moss from Shearman & Sterling LLP to the practice in March 2023.
