A&O Shearman supports a wide spread of domestic and international clients in derivatives and structured products matters, such as swap dealers, hedge funds, corporations and market infrastructure providers. Donna Parisi leads the team, guiding clients through the OTC derivatives transactions in a broad spectrum of asset classes, with a particular specialty in fintech matters. Azam Aziz focuses his practice on advising financial institutions on the structuring and documentation of complex OTC derivatives. Geoffrey Goldman specializes in credit and equity OTC derivatives as well as being knowledgeable in structured product transactions, including cash-flow and synthetic CDO transactions.
