Eugene Ferrer supports investment banks, issuers, investors and end-users in a variety of securitized products, especially CLOs, with expertise in middle market and syndicated loan facilities also. CLO expert Nicole Skalla advises many of the firm’s largest client banks, including JPMorgan, Citigroup, Barclays and Morgan Stanley, on matters concerning CLO transactions. Nicole Bright was promoted to partner in February 2023 and has developed a strong CLO specialization in her own right, advising investment banks and collateral managers.
