Dixon is joined by John Jensen, who specializes in mid-market M&A of government contractors, and Counsel Meghan Doherty, whose practice centers on M&A and cybersecurity. Extending the group’s reach to Washington DC is Marques Peterson, whose expertise spans defense contracting and the related international trade and anticorruption laws. In LA, Michael Rizzo enjoys strong relationships in the defense, transportation, and tech spaces, Richard Oliver excels in bid protests and small business challenges, and Matt Carter shines in investigations, suspension and debarment proceedings, and regulatory counseling.
