With experience representing clients in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the National Advertising Division among other forums under its belt, Katten has the capacity to handle multi-faceted trade mark infringement issues on a global scale. The team is spearheaded by five individuals: Deepro Mukerjee and Karen Artz Ash lead from the firm’s New York office, both routinely operating for a variety of household brands. Leading from Chicago is Floyd Mandell, who is entrusted to litigate for some notable tech, retail and film clients, and Kristin Achterhof, who has a wealth of experience in federal and state courts, while seasoned Washington DC-based practitioner Terence Ross is experienced across trade mark, trade name and a diverse range of other IP litigation.
