Shaw and Goldman Sachs. Barshay specializes in the representation and structuring of investment funds and other alternative investments. Jonathan Adler and Jason Koenig are active members of the team, whose expertise includes representing financing institutions and asset managers in regards to complex transactions involving hedge funds.
