The New York based investment management team at Lowenstein Sandler LLP works especially with the full range of hedge fund clients and global asset managers. Leading the group is a three-person team: Robert Minion, Marie DeFalco, and Scott Moss who advises on the implementation of compliance programs and compliance with emerging regulatory standards, particularly SEC related examinations of compliance policies and procedure. The team also handles a significant volume of investment fund structuring work, including launch and formation matters. Ethan Silver advises broker-dealers on numerous issues, while Boris Liberman’s expertise includes derivatives and structured products. Ted Randolph is the co-chair of formation and structuring, advising hedge funds on the full range of operational matters, while David Goret is also recommended.
