Troutman Pepper‘s employee benefits and executive compensation practice is well regarded for its ability to design and review plans for large finance, manufacturing, and technology clients. In Charlotte, James Earle heads the practice. Earle acts as one of the key contacts for Bank of America Corporation regarding their employee benefit and equity compensation plans.
