Practice head Douglas Stransky has a special focus on domestic clients investing in foreign jurisdictions and has extensive expertise advising clients on the tax implications of multi-jurisdictional cryptocurrency and fintech-related ventures. Lewis Greenwald has considerable experience advising on tax-efficient acquisitions, transfer pricing planning, and US international tax compliance.
