The group has a strong market reputation for high stakes tort claims arising from air accidents, including the representation of aircraft and engine manufacturers in litigation. The team also defends major airlines against claims from passengers. Co-leading the department, Patrick Bradley assists with a range of aviation-related product liability issues, such as wrongful death, personal injury and property loss and damage; and Oliver Beiersdorf in New York routinely acts for airlines in complex cases.
