Work highlights

Advised the local subsidiary of Otravo Topholding on its filing for bankruptcy and restructuring in Uruguay, as well as on litigation related to the bankruptcy, following a declaration of insolvency issued in the Netherlands, which triggered insolvency proceedings in Spain and Argentina.
Advising nearly 400 investors affected by what appears to be a financial scam for more than $14m, implemented by Wenance, which granted small personal loans through an app.
