The group has notable experience providing tax structuring advice in corporate tax, indirect tax, international tax and transfer pricing advisory, as well as customs and excise advisory. It also has niche capabilities in e-commerce matters. The group is led by Thuy Duong Hoang, who has extensive experience advising corporates across sectors on issues such as tax, market entry, restructuring and transactions, and Richard Stapley-Oh, who are both based in Ho Chi Minh City. The group also includes corporate tax expert Le Thi Kieu Nga in Hanoi and Steven Solomon in Ho Chi Minh City who leads the M&A tax department.
