  • Defending NHS England in a procurement challenge from Braceurself Limited. The case when to trial this year and made precedent in the areas of manifest error and damages as a remedy in the procurement field. Limited permission to appeal has been granted to the Claimant and further permissions sought by the Claimant from the Court of Appeal.
