Senior associate, Kelly Lloyd-Davies is Team Leader of the complex clinical negligence team in Wales. Based in the Cardiff office, Kelly is an experienced and accomplished clinical negligence solicitor who ably heads the team dealing with a wide range of complex clinical negligence cases whilst running her very own extensive case load of complex and catastrophic claims. A senior and respected manager and lawyer, Kelly was part of the Slater and Gordon national team who devised and implemented the business litigation strategy for the management of complex cases across the organisation. Commercially aware, Kelly is a skilled and very proactive litigator. With nearly two decades of experience, she has gained a vast amount of expertise in advising clients on birth injury claims, delayed or missed diagnosis claims, negligent surgery and treatment claims.
