The excellent team at Cartwright King regularly defends directors, senior employees and the management of multinational companies who are accused of serious financial crime.  Laura Smith and John Allchin head the practice that also advises companies on how to avoid fraud. Other core areas of focus include advising on extradition matters and civil High Court judicial review proceedings.
