  • Advising an individual in respect of claims worth in excess of £50m arising out of the collapse of an investment business. The litigation has involved a large number of creditors bringing various proceedings, including proceedings to appoint a provisional liquidator, a freezing injunction, proceedings to wind up the alleged partnership and bankruptcy proceedings. It has resulted in several decisions concerning the operation of the regime under the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994.
