  • Advising on a complex Continuing Health Care matter for Client X.  Client X has severe learning disabilities, autism and ADHD with complex care needs.
  • Instructed to obtain a grant of probate in respect of an estate. Once instructed, the firm discovered issues including the fact that the valuation of a piece of land was incorrect which affected the inheritance tax due.
  • Client Z was not advised regarding the tax implications on creation of a trust.
