- Acted for Spitfire Bespoke Homes and IM Properties PLC on Spitfire’s award-winning Insider Midlands ‘Deal of the Year’ 2022 acquisition in partnership with Crest Nicholson of a 50-hectare development in Daventry for 1100 new homes including 2 hectares of public open space, a new primary school, retail units and more.
- Advised Gallagher Developments on a complex high-value acquisition and onward sale of a development site to Barratt Homes (BDW Trading Limited) at Hitchin for approximately 20.859 ha of residential development in addition to a school, sports pitches and neighbourhood facilities, with a sale value of £83m.
