The Wilkes Partnership's property litigation team works closely with the real estate department, litigating a range of cases before both courts and property tribunals, handling ownership disputes, commercial landlord and tenant disputes, restrictive covenants and tenant insolvency claims. Kevin Lynch leads the team, drawing on extensive experience, most recently in cases regarding commercial and residential tenancies, restrictive covenants, easements and community rights under the Localism Act 2011. Senior associate Harriet Critchley is another key contact in the team.
