The sizeable team based in Birmingham is led by solicitor advocate David Feist, who is regarded for his broad experience across property disputes, with a focus on energy, investment and city centre regeneration. Alongside Feist is Lisa Barge, head of the firm’s national real estate disputes team, who is recognised for her expertise in areas including lease renewals, dilapidations, consent applications and restrictive covenant disputes.
