  • Representing Mayfly GWR, the Brazilian subsidiary of a UK manufacturer in a complex, multi-jurisdiction, multi-contract dispute arising out of the breach of minimum purchase obligations.
  • Appointed by the UK Government to support and advise on the design and implementation of a compensation scheme for the circa 500 postmasters involved in the High Court Group Action against Post Office Limited.
