- Acting for the two sellers of a popular online vehicle trading business in defending a £4million claim commenced by their former business partner alleging that the Defendants were guilty of intimidation, causing loss by unlawful means and conspiracy to injure the Claimant by unlawful means during his time as their fellow shareholder which illegitimately pressured the Claimant into selling his shareholding to the Defendants at a supressed value in 2016.
