It consistently achieves extremely high relocation success rate of returns of children in international abduction issues (within and outside EC, Hague, Non-Hague Convention countries). The Department specialises in private residence and contact disputes, care proceedings, adoption, abduction, special guardianship, relocation, educational matters.
