More informationMore information

Walker Morris LLP‘s construction practice covers a ’huge range of expertise’ and is capable of handling a wide array of residential and commercial development mandates for developers, landowners and contractors. The team frequently advises on negotiations and contracts in relation to build-to-rent schemes and is also very active in the contentious space, regularly handling defect claims, cladding disputes, and litigation related to project delays. Tom Peel, who leads the practice, is an expert in the contentious space who maintains close relations with major contractors and developers. The practice is also bolstered by the expertise of litigation experts Paul Hargreaves and Carly Thorpe, while Jules Harbage handles both contentious and non-contentious mandates in the energy and infrastructure spaces. Martin Scott retired in May 2023.
