We were very pleased to have been involved in a recent deal for a multinational UK technology group which is acquiring a controlling stake in a large Turkish technology company. The group has plans for expansion in Turkey. The deal is ongoing but is a multi-million-dollar deal and has some interesting structural aspects which enabled us to work closely with the group general counsel of the UK Buyer.
