Our Partner Rosita Vong Sok Hei is the secretary general of the World Trade Center Macau Arbitration Center and in past year was an invited speaker at several major arbitration conferences we highlight: – a conference on investment arbitration, cross-border insolvency, and regulation of electronic transactions, organized by UM and a joint conference with the UM and UN Commission to discuss challenges in international trade amid the pandemic.
IP: We provide legal services for the protection of intellectual property rights and related rights, including search, registration, and renewal of trademarks, patents, names, and insignias of business premises, and related defenses and judicial appeals.
Contracts & Corporate: We provide consultancy and preparation of the standard corporate life and of specific procedures, such as due diligence and advisory reports for indirect public listings of local companies in foreign jurisdictions stock exchanges, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and shareholder agreements. Additionally, we offer expertise in labor agreements, real estate contracts, and a wide range of other contracts.
