Before joining the Legal 500, Sophie completed an undergraduate law degree at Cardiff University. After university, she worked as an activity coordinator for a nursing home and learnt to look on the brighter side of life.

In her spare time, she enjoys roller blading, playing various instruments (to questionable levels of proficiency), baking sweet treats, and making terrible jokes.
