Kaare specialises in banking and finance, restructuring and insolvency. He has assisted several Norwegian and international banks and financial institutions with various forms of financing, including project financing, refinancing and acquisition financing. He assists large corporations, borrowers, and issuers of bonds, notes, and other instruments in complex finance transactions. Kaare advises companies experiencing financial difficulties and has advised the boards of directors in several listed companies. In addition, he also works with derivatives and structured finance. Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and IFLR1000 have ranked Kaare as one of Norway’s leading banking and finance experts.
Kaare has formerly been a partner at the law firm Wiersholm for 15 years.
