James is a commercial litigator in dispute resolution and partner in the London office.

Career

James is a solicitor advocate and has been helping clients for over 20 years’  with commercial disputes in the High Court and Appellate Courts, as well as arbitrations, mediations, completion accounts disputes and expert determinations.  James works with clients in oil and gas, electricity, IT, media, and financial services industries on dispute resolution.

James lectures on a number of legal topics and a co-author of Kendall on Expert Determination (5th Edition).
