Career
Mark specialises in remuneration and employee incentives, advising companies, both listed and private, and LLPs, on the establishment and operation of cash and equity based incentive arrangements, their taxation and the effects of corporate actions. Mark also advises on corporate governance, including investor guidelines and the reporting of remuneration and, for financial services clients, on compliance with the various regulatory regimes applying to remuneration.
Mark is a co-author of Employee Share Schemes published by Bloomsbury Professional; a contributor to Revenue Law – Principles and Practice on the taxation of share plans; and author of the United Kingdom chapter on share plans in Employee Share Plans: International Legal and Tax Issues published by Globe Law and Business.
