Marine L’Hostis focuses her practice on the legal and tax structuring of investment funds, primarily private equity, fund of funds, co-investment and dedicated investment funds as well as private debt and real estate investment funds.

From fund formation to transaction support, Marine L’Hostis also offers tailored regulatory advice to French asset managers (either experienced players in the investment fund sector or newcomers), notably in their relationships with the French financial markets authority (AMF) and on carried-interest schemes.

She also assists French and foreign investors in their legal and tax due diligence and negotiation of organizational documents of international investment vehicles.

With years of experience in the field of investment funds and regulatory compliance, Marine L’Hostis is keen to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every client engagement.
