Lievin De Wulf is a Partner in Liedekerke’s Tax Group and has expertise in all aspects of Belgian and international tax matters.
His practice focuses on Belgian and international tax advisory, transactional and structuring work. This includes tax consultancy in the fields of international tax planning, corporate finance, M&A, joint ventures, and real estate transactions. As such, he works seamlessly and closely with the firm’s other practices, serving a broad range of the firm’s Belgian and international clients in advisory as well as litigation work and supporting all types of transactions that our clients entrust us with.
Throughout the years, he has also gained an extensive experience in requesting advance tax rulings, in advising on employee incentive plans and in estate planning.
In addition, Lievin assists Belgian and international clients with respect to administrative tax disputes and tax litigation before the Belgian courts and tribunals.

Education
Admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1997, Lievin holds a Master of Laws diploma from the KULeuven (1996) and obtained his law degree at the UNamur – FUNDP (1993). He also holds an LLM in Tax Law from the VUB (1997).
