Position
Krzysztof Pawlak is a Local Partner and has been with Schoenherr since 2018. His main areas of practice are m&a, commercial contracts and corporate restructurings. He also advises clients on corporate compliance and insurance law matters. Krzysztof is a seasoned lawyer with over 17 years of experience in representing international and Polish companies in a wide range of transactions with third parties as well as in structuring intra-group restructurings and corporate reorganisations. A member of the Warsaw Bar, he graduated from Warsaw University in 2002. Before joining Schoenherr, he practised with a national law firm as a senior associate.
